Pennsylvania Political Leaders Fellowship

7-Months of Leadership Training, Coaching and Mentoring

The Pennsylvania Political Leaders Fellowship is a nine-month, part-time leadership development program for a select group of organizational leaders, future candidates, community organizers, and progressive activists across the state.

Through training, coaching, and project-based work, the program gives up-and-coming leaders the skills and networks they need to advance progressive political change in their communities.

The Fellowship is designed to fit the schedules of working professionals through five main components:

  • Five Weekend Workshops
  • Regular One-on-one and Small Group Coaching
  • Project-based Learning
  • Mentorship
  • Political Networking

2012 Fellowship Details

The 2012 Pennsylvania Fellowship kicks off in March and runs through September. The weekend workshop dates are:

  • March 3-4 (Orientation)
  • April 14-15
  • June 2-3
  • July 28-29
  • September 22-23 (Graduation)

Fellowship Fee
The cost of the Political Leaders Fellowship is $1,200.  This fee covers all training expenses including materials, individual and group coaching, food and facilities.  Fellows are responsible for travel and lodging costs during workshop weekends.  To accommodate Fellows, need-based partial scholarships are available to some and payment plans are available to all.  Credit cards and checks are accepted for payment.

A Comprehensive Experience
