Through a cadre of programs, collaborations and partnerships, we are working to reshape the political landscape of Ohio by recruiting, training, and building a strong and developed pipeline of emerging, progressive leaders.

Ohio Political Leaders Fellowship

The Ohio Political Leaders Fellowship is a 9-month, part-time program that focuses on providing the long-term resources and skills necessary for emerging leaders to become powerful political advocates for their communities.

Ohio New Leaders Program

CPL’s Ohio New Leaders Program connects talented and diverse youth to full-time jobs to leading progressive organizations in the state and over the course of 6 months, provides training, mentorship, coaching, and networking to help jump start life-long careers in progressive politics.
