Patrice Pennington
2010 Ohio Faculty Member

Patrice Pennington is a Cincinnati native, where she continues to reside with her husband, Deris, and their three children.

Patrice holds a BA in English from the University of Cincinnati.  After graduating from college she was admitted to the Public Allies Cincinnati program, class of 2003, where her career in non-profit work began and her ideas about community and inclusion were formed.

After 20 consecutive months of service, Patrice continued her career with several various Cincinnati non-profits, Memorial Inc. and UMADOP.  She continued to bring passion to her work in leadership development ranging from K-12th grade youth to young adults, ages 18-30.  Most recently she transitioned from her role as a Program Manager and Director of Continuous Learning with Bridges for a Just Community/Public Allies, Inc. following the birth of her third child.

Patrice currently stays home to be the full-time caregiver to her 3 amazing children (Deven, Delaney, and Derian).
