CPL’s New Leaders Program identifies and recruits talented, diverse youth and links them to paid positions at leading progressive organizations. CPL also provides intensive leadership and skills training, as well as mentorship and networking opportunities over the course of the program.

 

New Leaders Fellowship Program
For recent graduates and young people seeking full time work

New Leaders Fellows will be matched with a paid, entry level position with a progressive organization in Colorado. The 2008 New Leaders Fellowship will run from June to November 2008. Applications are now closed for the 2008 program.

New Leaders Internship Program
For current college students and other young leaders


CPL's New Leaders Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship program in Washington, DC available for students and young leaders in Colorado and across the country. The internship will take place from June 6 – August 15, 2008.
