Rich Kinnison

2009 Colorado Faculty Member

 

Richard Kinnison has served as faculty for the inaugural session of Colorado's CPL Fellowship.  Rich was trained in leadership skills at Brandies/Harvard Universities C.U. Denver/Boulder, Rand and Associates and the Center for Dispute Resolution.

 

He has provided; Leadership Training Within an Empowerment Model, Serving Diverse Communities, and Program Design to name a few.  His consulting has included leadership skills both to and through Metropolitan, Colorado Boulder/Denver, Northern Colorado, and Colorado State Universities, Aimes Junior Collage, Adams State as well as to various school districts in Region VII and VIII and region VIII employment and training centers. His training and consulting has impacted local, state, regional and national services.

 

Mr. Kinnison has been recognized for: Leadership and Quality of Services in Youth Crisis Intervention and Networking and Excellence in Service to Youth at Risk.  Rich has served as a member of national legislation development as well as a member of national health reform committee.

 

He currently provides is skills and statewide to small businesses.  Mr. Kinnison delights in what he considers his greatest accomplishment, that of being a single gay parent and creating a close family to six sons.
