Profession: Professor of Anthropology at the School of Justice & Inquiry at Arizona State University

 

Fellowship Track:  Non-Profit Organization Leadership

 

Motivation: In large part because I had teachers in my life, from nursery school to graduate school, who cared about me, who encouraged me to be a leader based on my own strengths, and who nurtured my curiosity about the world…these individuals reinforced my commitment to and the possibility of using education to organize a community for social change.

 

Volunteer Highlights: Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLESEN)

 

Leadership Interests: Gain skills and access resources that will help me to enhance the capacity and infrastructure of GLESEN.  Enhance my skills as an organizational and community leader.
